- Your use complies with applicable laws and platform policies

- Ensuring that your usage does not violate Instagram's policies
XpressDM is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
4. Platform Dependency Disclaimer
Here's the important part. XpressDM operates in connection with third-party platforms like Instagram. We do not control Instagram. This means:
- Features may stop working due to API or policy changes
- Accounts may face restrictions, blocks, or bans
- Automation limits may change without notice
By using XpressDM, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or abusive messaging
- Send misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
- Violate Instagram's terms of service

- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
If you are offering subscriptions:
- Auto-renewal terms should be clearly displayed at checkout
- Users can cancel before the next billing cycle

- No refunds will be issued once the service is activated
