Refund Policy – XpressDM

At XpressDM, we provide digital automation services that are activated instantly upon purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are applicable and when they are not.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to XpressDM are non-refundable once the service is activated. Since the platform provides immediate access to tools and resources, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage
  • Dissatisfaction with results (growth, leads, engagement, etc.)

2. Exceptions (Eligible Cases)

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double charge
  • Payment successful but service not activated
  • Technical issue on our end that prevents access to the platform

All such cases are reviewed individually.

3. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

XpressDM works alongside external platforms like Instagram. We do not control these platforms. Therefore, refunds will not be provided for:

  • Account restrictions, blocks, or bans
  • Feature limitations or changes made by Instagram
  • Reduced performance due to platform policy updates

4. Subscription Plans

For subscription-based services:

  • Users can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation prevents future charges
  • No partial or prorated refunds for unused time

5. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Include:

  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction ID or payment proof
  • Brief reason for the request

We aim to review requests within 7–10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

7. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first:

  • Your account may be suspended immediately
  • You may lose access to the platform permanently

8. Policy Updates

XpressDM reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
